I began my insurance career in 1998 as a requirement while working in the financing industry. In 2003 I accepted a position with a company that specialized in senior insurance needs: Medicare, Long Term Care, Life and Annuities. I found that I truly enjoyed and supported this line of products, I learned how to help people create the most of their retirement using these insurance tools.

I was particularly interested in helping people understand the need for long-term care planning and in 2006 I received my CLTC designation, “Certified in Long Term Care”. This credential focuses on the profession of long-term care and not simply the selling of insurance products.

Cornerstone Insurance Group was opened in 2007 in an effort to ensure that our clients were receiving the product information and the ethical and professional service that they expect. We strive to be an asset to our clients by offering the best products, excellent service and the personalized attention necessary to create the best fit for each circumstance.

I am very passionate about helping people sort through all of the confusion when it comes to insurance information and helping them determine what options are right for them.

After growing up in Morton, WA, between Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Rainier, I continued my education in human relations & business management. I knew I would like to have my own business, but never imagined it would be in the insurance profession. I met my husband and we have made our home in the Seattle area with our son.

I am dedicated to staying current on my insurance knowledge, which allows me to better serve my clients. I've found this gives them a great sense of relief and that is a wonderful feeling.

My career of serving others began in the 1990’s when I managed assisted living communities, during which, I saw a tremendous need for insurance planning and asset protection. The financial exposure families face for long-term care, disability, final expense, and out living their assets prompted me to explore the insurance field to better assist families and individuals. I have now been serving the financial needs of others through appropriate insurance and financial planning since 2000.

I am dedicated in providing the best possible service to my clients from my initial evaluation visit to updating their coverage and protection as their needs change throughout the years. What my clients can depend on is my continuing quest to update my knowledge as the insurance industry changes, provide the most appropriate recommendations based on their circumstances, and have multiple options available while I continue to focus on my core commitment of personalized one-on- one attention. My clients can always rest assured they will receive the highest level of ethical and professional service.
